Move, Chat & Chew

This free class is being offered to support self-care and build community. The class is designed to help you get moving, and then provide you with a space to process your experience. Classes are appropriate for all levels. Yoga class will be 45 minutes long followed by a community style check-in for those that wish to participate. Bring your favorite meal or snack to the screen to replenish after practice and enjoy this FREE offering with likeminded individuals.
