Do I need to restrict anything prior to beginning the detox program or should I continue to eat my normal diet?

Prior to beginning the detox program, it is recommended that you eliminate coffee, refined sugar, meat, dairy products, wheat, alcohol, and nicotine anywhere between 1 and 5 days prior. This is to prepare you for the detox and minimize symptoms.

Will I experience detox symptoms?

Detox symptoms vary from person to person. Some common side effects include: headaches, fatigue, nausea, bad skin, stronger smelling sweat, irritability, and increase in bowel movements/urination.

Can I exercise while detoxing?

Yes, but exercise caution and listen to your body. Sweating can help the body detoxify, but remember that the body needs rest in order to repair.

How often and how long should I detox?

The recommendation is to begin with a 3 day detox, although customers are able to do more or less. General recommendations are based on how long one chooses to detox. Example: 3 day detox- Once per month *most common*
