Description
Our classes are live streamed, through a virtual platform. We provide a wide array of class types (Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa, Meditation) so there is something for everyone! Classes are adaptive and gentle in order to invite an inclusive population. You can book group class sessions, or private sessions where you will work one on one with a yoga teacher to achieve personal goals pertaining to alignment, flexibility, strength or pratyahara practices at your own pace.
